Rebecca has been with ECHELON since 2013. Her experience includes project technical leadership and management, development of strategy for attainment of regulatory requirements, preparation of applicable regulatory plans and reports, public relations, and scoping, budgeting, procurement, implementation, and oversight of field investigations and remediation. Relevant areas of expertise include the following:

  • Stray gas and water diminution complaint investigations data evaluation and technical reporting.

  • Environmental release site characterization, remediation, and closure.

  • Hydrogeologic characterizations, groundwater flow modeling, and groundwater-to-surface water pathway interaction assessments.

  • Release-of-liability regulatory closures [via Pennsylvania's Land Recycling Program ('Act 2') and the coupled Act 2/USEPA RCRA One Cleanup Plan program] for a variety of industrial sectors.
