Started racing in the UK in 1980 as a schoolboy, placing
4th overall as a Junior in Best All rounder competition in 1982.
Placing top 12 in National championships in 1988. After moving
to the USA in 2005 and switching to 100% Road racing, Kirchin
was a prolific winner of races in 2006 though 2010. Kirchin
Joined Fredd1e Fu team in 2016 where he regained his winning
ways in USA and enjoyed success back on the international front
in the UK and Belgium.
Kirchin also though his company Scrap Metal Services was a
co-sponsor of the team from 2017 to date and continues to support
the team as a non-competitive rider.
