Thoughts on Dr. Fu

The support Dr. Fu has given our team both as a whole and individually has been incredible. Because of him, I've come to know some of the kindest and most talented people I've ever met. Together we've shared awesome rides and races. We've celebrated successes and weathered defeats -- on and off the bike. We've become a family, really, and forged bonds to last a lifetime.

Families take care of their own, and nothing exemplifies this better than the urgency with which Dr. Fu has responded when one of us has been injured, each time personally coordinating our immediate and excellent care. We are so grateful.

But perhaps most of all, I'm continually inspired by Dr. Fu's generosity, his drive to succeed, and his contagious joie de vivre. That spirit permeates our team and represents the legacy we strive to continue.
